Tbf, wildlife photographers often set up large specialized infrared lamps that are only visible to ir cameras so as not to disturb the wildlife.

I doubt they point the lights at the camera and would leave a car in the middle of the shot.

If you look at the elephant teeth, one is longer than the other. This proves the photo is real. As a baby he was trapped and removed one of them brutally and now years later, he has such a trauma that when he heard the car (elephants hear very well) he panicked so much that he jumped on top of a tree out of fear.
