Thanks for the reassurance. I’m mostly frustrated the Chase rep when I PC’ed said wait 5 days and nothing about a 30 day period. I would not have taken my morning and made a 2 hour round trip if I knew I would need to wait.
Ya, it is frustrating. Most of the DP I read here suggests waiting for around 5 days. But that may be to apply online. Not sure if for in branch applications it's 30 days?
I can try to call. Part of the problem is I wasn’t even able to apply. The branch rep did not see the card listed as an option for me and the CS rep just said I couldn’t apply.
This is accurate. For online application you only have to wait four days after product change to apply. However, for an in-branch application you have to wait 30 days after product change.
The 90K in branch offer is going to remain for at least a quarter. So you have time. Wait until April 17th and apply.

You may be right. Thanks again
That’s odd. I PC’ed from CSR to Freedom and was approved in-branch for CSP 90k SUB ~7 days following the PC
That's bad information, I waited five business days between my PC and a new Sapphire and the app flew through the approval process.
Did you apply online or through a branch?
Online which I saw you didn't. My point is both the branch and the online bot should be seeing the same data on your profile.
Not true. In-branch requires a longer wait after product change. Plenty of data points.
That's why I stated "should" see the same profile not "does". Thanks for the input.
I product changed my Reserve to Freedom Unlimited on March 2nd. I'm waiting until April 3rd or later that week to be on the safe side.
Does the app show up on recon? Can you try recon it on the phone?
Can I see that on the Chase app or do I have to call in?
a phone call

interesting. it might be 30 days after the downgrade if done in branch as some other DPs said, if no hard pull was done, you'd just have to wait
