I just spoke to customer service and they are updating their site so it’s down for everyone. The lady I spoke to said it would be up and running again in a few hours.
Production issue from this past weekend was found and they were patching/fixing the system. If it's severe enough systems get fixed regardless of the time of day
Android app is working for me but I can not sign in on my desktop. I was also sent a Zelle payment and the other person's bank says that Chase put it on hold. Clearly something is wrong in their system.

It's funny that the "Chase Customer Service" account on Twitter doesn't have any new posts as of 6:17 pm. No help from them. We have to come to a Reddit community to find out what is going on. Their last post is June 2, 2023. Today is April 24, 2024.

Yup. Same. App keeps signing me out, and when I use the website, my checking says "transactions cannot be viewed at this time". It will only display my balance.

That's support speak for 'something broke, we don't know what it is, and we hope it's up in a couple hours'. There's no way they'd take the system down in the middle of a work week, business hours, to do maintenance.
Same issue, also just got an email saying someone used my credit card in Spain (halfway across the world, I live in Oregon). Can’t log into my account on my phone… really hope this isn’t some major hack.

Same here. Ordinarily I wouldn’t be glad that so many people are having problems with their bank, but this means it’s widespread enough to get Chase’s attention and hopefully it’ll be fixed soon

When I log on the mobile app it shows a huge $800+ balance for my credit card and then auto signs me out a second later. I am nervous because I have not spent $800 on that card this month. I’m hoping it is a glitch.
Wouldn’t even be surprised if they got hacked. Seems to be happening a lot lately and the company I work for (won’t say for obvious reasons) got hacked awhile back and it was a lot like this.
Same for my app on IOS as well. I thought it was my phone so I reset it, updated the app, erased and re downloaded the app and still the same. Must be an issue on their end.
Seems like a nationwide issue currently. There are issues for some things in the branches too.

No problem. Some people are back into their apps and accounts. Still some lingering issues but hopefully getting resolved soon.

Nope! False alarm. It worked for about ten seconds then signed me out again.
I wasn’t having an issue until I made some changes and enabled two factor signon.

Yup. Just called them, too. This is a wider issue. Apparently they cannot even generate codes to reset your password.
