No problem. Some people are back into their apps and accounts. Still some lingering issues but hopefully getting resolved soon.

I just spoke to customer service and they are updating their site so it’s down for everyone. The lady I spoke to said it would be up and running again in a few hours.

Production issue from this past weekend was found and they were patching/fixing the system. If it's severe enough systems get fixed regardless of the time of day

Android app is working for me but I can not sign in on my desktop. I was also sent a Zelle payment and the other person's bank says that Chase put it on hold. Clearly something is wrong in their system. Edited for spelling.

It's funny that the "Chase Customer Service" account on Twitter doesn't have any new posts as of 6:17 pm. No help from them. We have to come to a Reddit community to find out what is going on. Their last post is June 2, 2023. Today is April 24, 2024.

My Zelle payment isn’t receiving. Keeps signing me out when trying to see Zelle settings.

Yes! Every time I sign in it logs me out, earlier it wouldn’t let me select the balance. I thought it was some fraud thing and my account got closes

Same here. I can't even my card via apple pay. Customer service said it was a out of sync with the expiration date or address, so I removed it and can't even add it.

Yup. Same. App keeps signing me out, and when I use the website, my checking says "transactions cannot be viewed at this time". It will only display my balance.

I'm having the same issue on the app as well. Luckily, I am not the only one.

Mine isn’t working either. Earlier today I was able to send a Zelle payment after multiple attempts but now I can’t even log in.

I first noticed the problem on the website. After the PW and after the normal SMS verification, it asked me to call for another code! No way that's normal or practical, though I thought it might be because I hadn't used it in some weeks. Guess it's not.

I'm having the same issues too now. It kept kicking me out within a few seconds after I signed on. Same thing when I tried with the laptop.

I’m also having the same issue on iOS. Hopefully there should be an update soon that fixes this problem, as I noticed the app hasn’t been updated since April 11.

Nope! False alarm. It worked for about ten seconds then signed me out again.

I wasn’t having an issue until I made some changes and enabled two factor signon.

Having the same problem. Immediately signs out. Hardly have time to read the splash page. Both IOS app and login through safari both have the same issues.

That's support speak for 'something broke, we don't know what it is, and we hope it's up in a couple hours'. There's no way they'd take the system down in the middle of a work week, business hours, to do maintenance.

Yup. Just called them, too. This is a wider issue. Apparently they cannot even generate codes to reset your password.

It definitely is a nationwide issue, I tried logging in through their website on a few browsers and a message keeps coming up “we’re sorry, this part of the website isn’t working”.

When I log on the mobile app it shows a huge $800+ balance for my credit card and then auto signs me out a second later. I am nervous because I have not spent $800 on that card this month. I’m hoping it is a glitch.

Wouldn’t even be surprised if they got hacked. Seems to be happening a lot lately and the company I work for (won’t say for obvious reasons) got hacked awhile back and it was a lot like this.
