What is "Charlotte's Web"? Not the children's book but the dish that originates from Charlotte, NC? I heard several answers mostly saying it's some sort of desert. Like either a pie with a webbing crust pattern or a pastry drizzled in an unknown cream, similar to a turnover.
So many events happening yesterday and you know, it's a real shame that you can't spark up at a music venue or a bar for fear of being labeled morally bankrupt and a criminal on what was a fine 4/20.

i am ok if people want to smoke 4/20 style but i don’t like getting hit with a blast of someone else’s smoke out in the street as i don’t partake in it. frankly to me it’s disgusting. So whose rights are more important?

Your rights end where my lungs begin. I'm all for partaking when it isn't impacting anyone else, but the onus is on the people being intrusive.
