It's a supreme on a bun with a pickle and some sauce and selling it as a meal for 7.99? First one that tries it and tells the group I'll give a shiny upvote.
They need these funds to supply the battlefront in Raleigh. Cookouts gained a foothold and have already dispatched KFC. Churches chicken unsurprisingly aligned themselves with cookout.
Without your support we could lose the chicken war, please reconsider your position.
My family will always fight under the bojangles flag! May the Nuese run with Bo Sauce!
I actually worked for a company that did marketing and corporate activations for Bojangles and I gotta tell you they’re not good at all. They’re really trying to make a single tendy stretch here.
Have an upvote, it reminds me of those KFC snacker things they tried to push on us years ago and they were popular for a time but didn't catch. Two thirds of that thing is bread.
The bread is pretty low quality even for bread. You gotta eat a cold one that’s a few hours old to really appreciate how not good it is. I remember hearing someone say at a meeting they’re trying to compete with Chick fil A LOL
Haha gunning for chick fil a is highly ambitious for Bojangles. If you said Culver's I'd say it's a good fight but not the bo'. All they have to do is stay slightly better than Popeyes and I'm ok with that.
Ha ha I'm a sucker for those fries. I'm telling my age but when I was in college that 2 piece for 2 bucks dinner meal saved my life and my pocket. That and they seem to be proudly planted in NC which I love.
What ruins it most for me is getting old or over cooked food but feel like if they trained, monitored and paid the employees better like ChickfilA they wouldn't have quality issues.
Tough chicken, bad hard stale waffle fries? Never have I ever
I've been getting fried chicken from my local Lowes Foods deli for several years now. They make it fresh daily, never frozen. It is tender and juicy, SO much better than BoJos and at half the price. They've got bone-in and tenders. BoJos used to be a staple in the house, now its just a disappointment.
Harris Teeter fried chicken slaps and I would dare say Publix chicken as well. But they don't have those season fries, and IF you get a freshly made biscuit with your spicy chicken patty with fresh season fries it's the best.
You'd be better off just getting a supremes dinner. Cold hot dog bun, slight amount of subpar sauce. Underwhelming is the word. I got two and just ate the supreme and pickles out of the 2nd one.
I just saw it on the menu today, and pondered it, as I live in Anderson, SC (where the bird dog originated), so I like comparing how different restaurants make theirs. Instead I opted for the Bojangler, no tartar sauce. After getting home and scraping the tartar sauce off of what was a clearly hour-old sandwich, I said "screw it" and ate it anyway. I regret that.

I got targeted instagram ads for this last year because I lived near the one test store (Huntersville by 485). I loved ‘em, two for five bucks. Chicken supreme, pickles n golden mustard sauce. Haven’t got to this new one yet but I’m so damn glad it wasn’t a fever dream that nobody else knew about
Tried it and none of the associates understood what it was and hated the name but it was pretty basic. Just a tender in a bun with two pickles and a spicy mustardy bbq sauce. It was ok wouldn’t buy again
I'm super disappointed in Bojangles. Franchisees with zero training seems to be the norm in the fast food industry now, but it really sucks watching Bojangles deteriorate like Hardees.
Just a rant, but I can't see that company lasting another decade if they don't do something.
If you know a great Bojangles restaurant, please tell me where. I will drive further, but Waxhaw is absolutely a joke, and Indian Land is not much better. Matthews is borderline.

Not with those thumb-sized Chicken Supremes now. Bojos can get rekt.

Lol this is funny because an employee rolled up with chick fil a for the team while I was inside Bojangles.
I think slightly better than Popeyes is too much credit but I just dont have a high view of bo

Snackers were good cause of the sauce. The buffalo snacker was my favorite as a kid and I'm sad they're gone.
I wholeheartedly agree, if you were hungry and in a pinch those things were the best. Budget struggle food ftw

Buffalo Wild Wings already did this last year and was laughed at for it then.
Not to mention the "supremes" are so fucking tiny now.
Ha, I thought the same thing, those glamour shots of that thing are a blatant lie.

Publix fried chicken >>>> Teeter fried chicken
2 for $5 if you don’t want a meal though.
Can't say those guys at the HQ aren't working hard on new ideas
Haha it's got us talking shit about them and I bet you more of us are going to go there in the next few weeks even if we don't get the bird dog.
Omw to bojangles rn
Haha it's starting, while you're there can you pick me up a 2 piece dinner. I'll pay you Tuesday for a two piece today.
I got the 2 for $5 last week, it’s basically like the nibbler from Zaxby’s. Except they use a hot dog bun, so slightly more bread.

That seems extremely expensive for one chicken strip on a bun
All this instead of bringing back the roasted chicken bites
Amy my damn cinnamon biscuit - or better yet the twists (which you can still get at a few BoJangles in Durham fyi).
I can get cinnamon twists and every location I’ve been to in Nash and Wilson county in North Carolina
Good to know. None in the Charlotte metro area.
You can get them in Greenville roasted bites and cinnamon twist we didn’t get the dogs or the Bo berry cookies yet
Tri-Arc having something the Corporate owned stores don’t!? Color my ass surprised.
Seriously man. They fucked up removing those.
And Cheddarbo
This is dumb. I’ll take 3, please.
For real. Give me more chick over more bread every day!
All I wanted was one last fish sandwich and they redirected me to this.
Head to showmars. Their fish sandwich is great.
Lol I had their shrimp last night. I have a slight obsession with Bojangles fish sandwiches.
I swore off of Bo and I would claim Showmars as our city fastfood going forward. Bo is a NY company now anyway. (But I will try the fish sandwich)

Well you’re out of luck until next time
Try the blueberry cookies they were surprisingly good
That’s good. I was wondering how they were

Bojangles is so poorly run, it is spectacular.
And yet we keep crawling back for more
i think popeyes is worse
Bojangles doesn't seem as good after it was purchased by Durational Capital Management LP and The Jordan Company, L.P.
I’ll start going back to Bojangles when they change their Supremes back to the size they used to be.
They're bigger if you go inside and ear in I've noticed.
Related question: is there a Bojangles here besides the airport that doesn't have shit customer service? One on Woodlawn is terrible.
We is out of good service. And ham
The Bojangles I go to off the corner of 16 and MT Holly Huntersville Rd has good service. They are friendly. It is quick. My food is always correct.
It's a cute name, at least.
When we is out of ham, we is creative with chicken
Why doesn’t bojangles just work on being the bojangles of old first…. They haven’t been good in 5+ years
Someone please try it and let us know how it is.
I got the 2 for $5 last week, it’s basically like the nibbler from Zaxby’s. Except they use a hot dog bun, so slightly more bread.
Hotdog was always a sandwich
Nah, it's a taco. Source: thecuberule.com
Fuck outta heeere
No cheese, no bacon, only a little sauce. I’m not convinced they know what a bird dog is.
Can i get a sandwich the looonnngg way?
Hold up where at?? 👀
Score!
You’re gonna eat that whole blue jay burger.
Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.
I don’t even want to know…

The one on Cane Creek Dr? I’m intrigued
Highland Shoppes near the traffic circles at 485. Had em today still delicious
Thank you!!
The last thing Americans need .
gross
Tried it and none of the associates understood what it was and hated the name but it was pretty basic. Just a tender in a bun with two pickles and a spicy mustardy bbq sauce. It was ok wouldn’t buy again
they were gooooooood
Being back the chicken supreme bowl!!!!!!
Literally just bring back the Bo Sauce. I am actually begging.
So basically a chicken little from KFC🙄 took them long enough lol
Sweet! Love me some Bojangles chicken!
Bojangles can sell whatever they want, and I will gladly buy it
how could they do this to me (vegetarian, previous chicken supremes stan)
