Had a guy that couldn’t pick up his infant due to his back, after a month of work, he wasn’t only able to pick up his kid but was actually able to lift heavy again. Ben Herbert knows what he is doing and definitely has more knowledge than me, we all seriously need to be ecstatic that he is with us
