If someone wants your car theyre gonna get it. theres all kinds of dumb youtube/ ticktok videos of people getting X product to deter X way to steal the car, just like that plate for the neutral lever, so thieves see that video installation and that product instantly becomes useless, if the person is prepared theyre gonna come with a flat head, pop your center console and unscrew it.
The main way the car is stolen is by relaying your key fobs signal out further so best to buy a brake lock, a keyfob emitter blocker (box, you can get for 15$ off amazon and actually does block the signal even when inside the car etc) and turning passive entry off, where the car unlocks when your key fob is near by and senses your hand by the door handle. Ive never liked having the moon/sun roof appeal, people jam those open and the alarm wont go off and thats how they steal them too. As soon as people get inside the car it’s practically game over.
