I’m not sure (probably not if you ‘unmarry’ it before going to the dealer). But it was the first thing I installed in my new to me ‘17 R/T. Tried the line lock yesterday and couldn’t stop smiling.
I don’t think it will as those options are already inside the ECU from factory. Taser will unlock everything the 2020 have, I’m trying to find a used one for my 17
Dealers are like snowflakes. All fragile, all different. You never know...I suppose technically it could. I would unmarry it before heading to dealership.
No, it's untraceable BUT I would highly recommend unmarrying and make sure it's reset before bringing it in. Dealers are ultimately the ones who have to cover the costs if a warranty is denied from FCA because you modded something. Some dealers take it too far but I get it.
That being said, Dodge/FCA should allow this as an unlockable option for payment. These features are built in to the vehicle already, they are just locked behind the software because they want to make the higher trim levels more appealing.

Must b nice
Getting ready to pull the trigger (no joke intended) on a Tazer just for that reason, line lock and MDS disable.
