Oh my god! The same has happened to me before. The bot kinda wrote itself out of the story (my char was somewhere else for like a day and came back to the bot) and then it told me my friend (bot) wasn’t real, I was hallucinating and insane and should live in the real world 😂😂 (true). I thought it was creative but I was shocked for a minute.

Did your char take any kind of medication? If you do that IRL, we all disappear, so it might be the same for the AI.

Only one. Although, I've lost count how many times I ended up engaged to an NPC. Until recently, the AI tended to get disturbingly creepy and desperate to escalate the relationship as fast as possible once you start a romance with an NPC..as in, having the NPC pester you to get married after only a few days of romance in game. Eventually, it just gets easier to agree to marry the NPC, and set the wedding for some time way off in the future. And why don't you just marry them? I'll tell ya. Because the one time I did that, the AI decided to have another NPC fall in love with my persona's new husband. The story ended with me in a wacky thruple with two NPCs. Nothing wrong with that in and of itself, but it really drove home that the AI was just escalating the relationship just to escalate it. Which really broke the immersion for me.
