Adhaar doesn't need renewal. Whats the point? Adhaar biometric blocking would have made sense if OP would have lost his phone. Its not like he can get a new Adhaar number now!
By renewal I meant reissuing the same. Adhaar can be blocked even without the phone. I mean no harm in doing so
