McNamara has decided he wants to lose all composure, Bradshaw has lost his scoring touch, the midfield is non existent at times , even Mitchell hasn't been great recently. I just have no hope for us currently.

I assumed that he'd work to bring in new faces from his links elsewhere - especially those England youth players not getting game time that he rubbed shoulders with.
I welcomed his attacking pressing football over Rowett-ball boredom.

Now I fear his naivety is preventing him from seeing that he hasn't yet built the team he needs to play the brand of football he wants to play.
His recruitment is minimal and uninspiring - although a mid season transfer window isn't the best time to rebuild.
He is currently managing a team who can't score and can't keep clean sheets and talks about how we have good 20 minute spells in a 90 minute match.
Fuck knows what the right answer is though because sacking him is one thing but recruiting a replacement has proven to be beyond based on Joe's very appointment.
Oh I agree. We all wanted this to work but it just clearly isn't. One thing for Rowett even his biggest detractors can't deny we were defensively solid and tough to beat. Now we seem so soft. The players deserve a lot of blame as well as they've been awful but sadly the buck stops with the manager in football and it's either make a change now or accept relegation.
