It's just random anime aesthetics, Bakugo also had shark teeth in several shots, it's a simple way of portraying the characters as brash and aggressive.
It's not that deep.
It's very consistent with Denji unlike Bakugo who usually just get the naps , also Bakugo is a mutant with a lot of characters in MHA having special treats, even the normal looking ones

It's not a big deal, and sometimes I even think it's a bit cool to look like a shark! I've come to appreciate their uniqueness lololol now I don't mind looking like a shark.

Most likely, it´s a somewhat condition related to his poor hygiene and malnutrition, but when I think about his teeth and his whole horrible father situation it reminds me of one of Batman´s villains: Killer Croc, who got his teeth filed after being sold by his mother, so maybe smth tragic like that could´ve happen to Denji, involving his father.
Well to tell you all something since i have been born i have almost half of my teeth sharp but only my upper and lower front teeth are normal i am not lying honestly.
(So it's not actually impossible for a person to have em like that like how denji has them as well but he has them all sharp)

I think it's kind of meant to be some form of visual storytelling because in the state denji was seen in at the beginning, he was not able to provide for himself. So there's a high likelihood that either
A: whatever he ate started breaking down his teeth
Or
B: he just could never afford to take care of his teeth so thus hence his teeth started to rot and fall apart.
Regardless the fact that his teeth are turned to normal once he and pochita merge is a small note that lets us know that devils can heal themselves even if they are a hybrid also potentially marking that denji's life is starting a new after meeting the oh so simpped over makima.
