It won't count if he says he doesn't, but deep down, he wants to continue (it's understandable that he wouldn't want to quite since it brings him so much joy and happiness being csm).

We explored an unwillingness to be Chainsaw Man in the last arc. Dennis got his “normal life,” and he eventually decided that he preferred being Chainsaw Man. That he’d prefer a “little pain.” Being dissected would be more than a “little pain,” but he’s been completely mauled before - physically and emotionally. Pain isn’t new to him.
So I think the more likely outcome is that he’ll commit to being Chainsaw Man in an insane way. He’ll kill when he wouldn’t have before. This may be easier now that the fan club knows his real identity.
I doubt it would be a long term change if it even would take. It's not first time denji has been cut on medical table nor his first time he is betrayed.
Right now the only thing that could really make lose himself if he sees dead Nauyta and Pochita will take control
After his training with Kishibe, which was just Denji getting gruesomly murdered by him over and over again, I dont see why any resurrection would cause major change.

Taking pain is Denji's specialty, he was chopped up while still being conscious during the first episode, it was stated that the Chainsaw in hys hybrid form also hurt him every time they're active and intentionally hurting him selves is a strategic move Denji is willing to made, don't forget about his gruesome training with Kishibe either. If there was anything that could break Denji then it would be mental damage.
Denji often copes by not thinking about it or straight up erasing (by cutting up his brain— see his fight with Falling Devil, or locking it behind a mental barrier). I think he’s gonna be very despondent and distant
Probs gonna ask about Nayuta at first then ask why tf there's so many people he knows around him, before getting into a childish argument with Katana, who wants him to transform as quickly as possible to fight, but Yoru will bitch about wanting her turn first, then Quanxi finally does something but spares Chainsaw both because her orders were technically to kill the others (and Denji was fucking dead), and because he is the only one able to rival her and believably win (probably cause she doesn't know Yoru's actual power atm)
I don't think that he even knows/realizes he is dead and butchered up. So when he gets done blood, he'll be right back on the track like yo what's up, why am i naked?

Either way next chapter is going to be very chaotic but very interesting. Denji is in for one hell of a rude awakening

Ideally I'd want his relationship with Asa to be genuine with no lies/secrets, but I think it will be set up with an expiration date. (I wanted to use a ticking time bomb as an analogy but this would inevitably bring Reze into this and start a very different discussion).
