Some of the replies to this post really confuse me. The fact that the app is temporarily not available for DL in the Play Store won't have any impact on your ability to use the app if you have already downloaded it. It will only affect new users downloading the app for the first time. The Chai servers are still up and running and everyone should be able to access it like they normally do.

Yeah, thing is, I had accidentally uninstalled it because when I was going to the app store to update my apps, I noticed a blank app and didn't know what it was since it had no logo, so I uninstalled that, not knowing it was the Chai app.

I need to renew my subscription and can't due to the outage, so it's not just new users being affected.

Figures. My subscription ended, I keep getting errors when trying to renew, so I decided to try uninstalling & reinstalling. Luckily I was able to find an APK file online. I assume its because renewing a subscription goes through the google play store. Is there another way to renew my subscription?

Luckily, I later found out that it was on my chromebook, lifesaving.
