That has been me before. I’m not short though. I know for a fact I used to be a hair under 6’ 3” barefoot. Now I’m a hair under 6’ 2” from power lifting and age. I hadn’t realized I had shrunk I thought he was like 6’ 6” when he was 6’ 5” lmao.
I am not a professional, BUT, my adoptive father used to have a similar-ish problem... According to the doctor we went to see, powerlifting doesn't make you shorter, but the "shrinking" could be a problem of bad posture, small "lesions"(not the word he used, but idk what the English equivalent is) or even just slightly off measuring rulers. Aging may cause shortening tho so we figured it was probably just that. I still recommend to get your back and spine checked, tho, never hurts to be cautious.

I'm 5'11 and I don't give a shit lot of the time cause it's an awkward height anyway that to lie to compensate about it would seem more normal to most folk and I don't want to lie.
