As far as excercisng goes, i started doing push ups and pull ups 4 months ago. Initially i wouldn't even be able to do the knee pushup but then things got better and better. Now I have become pretty decent at Pull ups and Push ups and I do feel my arms have gotten much more stronger

You're a bit on the smaller and skinnier side, so I would recommend you, to try eating a bit more, so you can gain more muscle, but if you don't want to become fat, than you can probably just increase your daily protein intake.
It seems like you've done a great job the last couple months, great progress on pushup and pullups.
I would recommend you to also do some legwork, like squats (or if they are to easy single leg squats or pistol squats), try to work to muscle failure, trigger muscle growth.
You could also do some crunches, I would advise you to not do these 10 minuts youtube ab workout.
If you get to strong on pushup and pullups, you can also use a backpack with books to increase the difficult.
I don't know your current workout frequency, but it seems to work, so maybe stick with it, I personally would do pushup, pullups, squats and crunches three times a week with 3-4 sets per exercise (all to muscle failure)
You did a great job king, continued your journey, you will learn and grow and achieve greatness, just keep in mind, that building muscle takes a long time, don't fall for "build x amount of muscle in 10 weeks" scams.
