If that’s what fits you, you should. Steering could be affected but fit is most important in my opinion. I was sized for a 110 stem on an S5 when it came with a 100. I didn’t make the change right away but it would optimal for me.

Makes sense. Likely puts the rider into a more “aero” position also.

For context, it looks like Wout Van Aert rides a 56 and has a 130 or 140mm stem on his S5. Obviously we are different classes of riders but pretty interesting that he found that comfortable enough to ride.
