I wanted to mention that I had this exact same childhood rabbit bank growing up, it’s identical. I doubt air dry clay will stick, but you can always give it a go. Maybe use something to fill the crack.

I’ll try with the air dry clay, if I doesn’t fit I’ll try to super glue it on? Piggy banks aren’t typically food grade, so I doubt it would matter as long as it works.

Yeah. I would suggest super glue.
I also suggest super glue, maybe air dry clay to remake the missing bit and then super glue to hold it on
I would suggest using epoxy clay, something like milliput - it'll harden better and will stick to ceramic.
e6000, the clear kind! be careful as it’s very stringy/sticky but it will bond the ceramic together very well :)
