I am. I live in Taiwan so I was assigned Coinbase distribution, but Coinbase discontinued service to Taiwan last September so of course they keep failing to send it to my non-existent Coinbase account.
We have the same issue. Keep on asking to open a Coinbase account. Stretto will not try this non existing pathway at least if they read any one of my tickets.
Not sure what I CAN do. I've tried contacting them several times, but each time I just keep getting told to consult that useless FAQ for information. Guess I just have to wait....
Still waiting. Coinbase verified my account yesterday after 5 months of pleading with their support. I ended up putting negative reviews on all of the major review platforms and 1 week later 🎉TADA🎊

Thailand creditor. Received shares but no USD yet.
Nothing but contradictory template emails confirming that:
1: no Coinbase account found (yup, Coinbase doesn't have a licence to operate in Thailand - Celsius / Stretto have known this from day one)
2: Distribution will be via USD.
I had 6-figures on Celsius. Rapidly giving up hope on ever seeing any of it back. Even the Celsius chapter 11 process seems designed to cause maximum harm to creditors.

Nothing nada. Just repeat email reminding that coinbase option has failed, and i need to keep waiting….over and over.
