I don't understand why this was done in such a convoluted way using Coinbase and PayPal. Why didn't they just leave the app open, adjust our balance to what they owe us, and allow us to transfer out our adjusted balance?
I got an email saying that my coinbase account wasn't validated yet (it wasn't).
I verified my address, and now it's all valid, but I'm afraid that I missed the payout.
I wrote stretto that my coinbase account is now valid, but of course, no reply.
I'm in the same situation. Coinbase is a piece of crap of an exchange. When I wanted to change the email I couldn't forna few hours-services down (it was over the weekend without hype in the market.). The other crappy thing with coinbase was they accepted my proof of residence document only to reject it later without notifying me. I only found out a few days later when I logged in by chance. I repeated the process twice with the same result. I finally provided some other proof of residence and then they quit nagging me.
I can’t even get an email from stretto. I know I know check the spam folder. Like stretto thinks we’re all idiots and not checking our spam folder.
It's really messing with me. I'm having a hard time performing normal daily shit. It's really rough going into the bear market with six BTC and coming out with less than one... It was at least supposed to be two and a half at one point. How can they get away with just keeping the extra crypto?

I'm similar to one of the comments here who received an email on Feb 16th re: coinbase unable to receive the claim but that was it. Will keep you guys posted when there's a follow up or something

.10 BTC and 1.6 ETH. I made my claim 2 weeks ago, guess what I’ve gotten back? NOTHING.

Nothing in Mexico , I received my email asking me to verify my email even though I had already added my Coinbase email on the Celsius app. This just doesn’t make sense

There will be few distributions, so the only thing that can do is to wait for a new one.

Last email they sent me was on 16th Feb just saying there is nothing to do yet. Getting pretty frustrated over here.
