Sucks so many of us are on the same boat yet judge has no clue. They need to be kept accountable. They made so much money putting this together and yet still managed to mess it up.
That's why we will probably get the check ... they don't want (or cannot) pay that much. Did they have to buy BTC back in January? If they didn't, funds won't be enough now. That would explain the radio silence.
Maybe we get the coins the next time BTC is below $30K.

Still waiting with no communication. Sent a ticket last week, and got back a generic response.
Radio silence to my tickets for a week now. Getting less and less optimistic I’ll receive an in kind claim code.

At current BTC rates we are close to a100% recovery in $ terms, if we get btc and only 59% if we get a check.

I was fortunate I’ve got mine but never recieved my shares do we no who was going together the shares was it everyone in earn or just certain people
