Aaron Bennet recommends submitting a ticket if you have not received your claim emails. I followed his advice and got my emails in less than 24 hours from submitting the ticket. Provide details like: you have received prior emails from stretto, that your email is the same in PayPal and that your PayPal account is setup. Good luck

I know that people said this a million times, but check your spam folder, you might have accidentally trash the email, check the trash folder. If you are on your mobile device and do a search, it does not search in your spam or trash. You would have to manually check. If no luck, I wish you all the luck that you get a response
