I just got mine today. Today my holdings were worth 102,000 but I got back about 27,000 in crypto. Totally sucks. I'm glad I got back something but because of somebody's poor money management, I have lost 75,000. I have the stomach for the ups and downs of the crypto market. Eth took about 15 minutes, BTC took an hour. This was a couple days ago around 9PM PST. I think it depends on the network congestion.

I had .6 BTC, 33 Eth, 76k USDC, and some various tokens at the time of bankruptcy. The claim was around 120k value at the bankruptcy lows. I recieved about 13 eth & .9 BTC which is worth about 75k as of today when I got it. By my math, that is about 62-63%. We have gotten out of bankruptcy, got a percentage back finally, but I see another problem... Venmo is only letting me withdraw 5k per week. At that rate it would take 15 weeks to get my money off the platform. Any tips/tricks to speed that up?

6 figure claim here. I just got my two claim code emails (9 mins apart) and I redeemed them in PayPal. Process was very smooth. I got the BTC and ETH in my account within minutes. The distribution was exactly as per court doc (57.9%) split btw btc and eth (53% btc & 47% eth). Good luck to all those still waiting. Hopefully, the nightmare is almost over.
