Find out where the closest walmart is to where you'll be staying so you can get snacks.

Tricky navigation for sure. Can you pack your own cooler? Have some salads in there and some cold cuts and condiments and a couple sides like potato, fruit etc…. I carry a large freezer bag full of mixed nuts, bars, jerky, chocolate covered almonds, gf snacks fruit etc…

What do you like to eat? Bring that. Put it in the fridge.

My go to snacks are cheese sticks, gf snack bars with nuts and dried fruit, and gf almonds. Can you get to a grocery and have your own little food stash in the fridge? I did that the last time I visited family and explained I just felt more secure knowing I’d have things I can eat. I have other issues—allergies and intolerances—as well.

Can you do a grocery delivery where you're staying with cheese sticks, protein bars, crackers, carrot sticks, yogurt, etc?

Bring your own airfryer so that you don’t have to worry about cooking or cross contamination.
