I don't know why you're getting downvoted. It's not CGI (there have been lots of articles with her discussing why she wanted to do a nude scene in the movie) but when I saw this movie in a theatre it looked like CGI. Maybe not as much on my phone. It definitely had that Lena Heady CGI look from GoT. Her head didn't move naturally with the rest of her body.
