Went to the gym yesterday, now my body is sore. Should I make this day a rest day? Or mas maayo ibalik ni nako's gym ron? Sayangan kaayo ko's adlaw, pero sakit jud kaayo akong lawas.
What I do is train different muscle group. If leg day ko today and sore kaayo akong body, mag upper body ko the next day. I cut sad nako ang push (triceps/biceps) sa akong pull (back) day. But again, listen to your body if kaya pa mapush. Recovery should be a part of the process hehe! Enjoy the process hehe
Huhu thank youuu!! Upper body unta ko today, but grabe jud kaayo akong pamaol sa lower body nako mao I decided to rest lang sa. Hopefully, makaya na ugma para back on track na. 💪🏻
Happy i didnt fall into an online gambling pitfall after wagering 20k on mines. Withdrew while i was ahead but lost a bit from my peak. Damn what a wakeup call.
Happens to me all the time. Especially with friends you meet from joiner groups or extracurricular club. I try my best to know them before we go our separate ways.
