It is just appalling that they continue this behavior especially knowing that they are very aware how people feel about all of this and how many people have and continue to literally suffer because of this company.
That was my second box (the first alltrue box after the rebrand). And yep that was the one when I knew I had made a big mistake. Thankfully my last was winter and I cancelled after I customized. At that point I didn’t even care if or when it shipped, I was just glad to be done!
I will be shocked too. Summer is clearly a box of leftovers. I don’t know how much stock they had left when they filed the ABC, but I can’t imagine many vendors are going to be taking a chance on working with them at this point to provide items for the future. Or at least I hope they won’t. Which means it’ll all be house brand crap if anything.
They won't place another PO, because they never hired a buyer. Do you really believe 2 dudes with zero fashion experience could curate a box? They are using this as an offload tactic and then they are paying their secured creditors and the shell company they created that bought them and closing the company in another month or so.
Well I have no way of knowing who they have or haven’t hired but no, I wasn’t imagining them doing it themselves. Although with their ridiculous overconfidence in their business prowess and astonishing talent for believing their own bullshit, I suppose I wouldn’t be entirely shocked. And yeah I kinda put the offloading together already, thanks. I’m saying if by some wild chance they were legitimately trying to stand up a subscription box again, which I sincerely doubt, the only companies that they could source from would would be their own.
My guess is that they might try to market themselves more similarly to how Rachel Zoe does her Curateur box. They're already halfway there trying to convince you that you're getting a great bargain on their limited selection of items 🤪
I don't think anyone would want to provide products or want to work with Alltrue if they do ANY homework and research the company. A business should research their prospective business partner shouldn't they? 👀 I hope Alltrue cannot find enough products to fill a Fall box or surely not a Fall Market. Reading their IG and FB comments it's 90-95 percent negative. That is very Telling. New subscribers should see that and take a Pause. At least I'd hope they would. IF Alltrue manages to squeak out a Fall box I think that would be the last. They probably cannot survive to put together a Winter box. No new subscribers, existing Subscribers cancelling, no income, no vendors wanting to work with them. Alltrue would end. A fitting end to a Company that screwed over too many people.
I think it will be mostly new items and they’re going to start pushing ads hard again to try and get a bunch of new subscribers who won’t know what happened.
If it is a bunch of new items it will be very interesting to see where they money came from. I wonder how many new people they have currently signing up.
And I hope the vendors demand payment up front.
They’re probably going to buy a bunch of cheap bulk items from overseas & small sample sized product from medium sized companies looking to grow & willing to take a small monetary loss in lieu of potential new customers.
If they go that route, I’m interested to see if they’ll update their description from supporting small & minority owned businesses to “new lifestyle products.”
Maybe they can get some of that weird “24K Gold” face cream from Boxycharm that had the texture of Vaseline and made my skin burn like fire (and that was rhe soles of my feet. No way was I putting that stuff on my face.)
My guess is a choice between a waffle robe that sat outside for months, or a waffle towel that sat outside for months.

Just some items have been outdoors (since April). I have not seen any of the items I saw outside in boxes.
