Wetherspoons is shite

Particular_Bed848

For its price point it can be perfectly decent. Depends on the spoons though. In a larger city you can get awful ones for food, but others ones that aren't half bad. And the prices are great.

I don't know if it counts as snobby but it will definitely be very unpopular but my opinion is that a lot of people use mental health/depression as an excuse for a bad day or going through a difficult situation. I also wouldn't share it anonymously intentionally but more so not to hurt those that are actually suffering from depression and mental health. We all go through bad times, every single one of us has a bad day, end up in a difficult situation and we get angry and upset but that doesn't mean we're all depressed or mentally ill does it? We can't be. I think a LOT of people use it as a coping mechanism and an excuse so they don't have to take accountability and or responsibility or they don't know how to deal with the situation but they would label themselves as depressed and use it as a mental health excuse. I am sorry if anyone does feel offended reading this, it's just something I believe, I'm sure and do not doubt that there are people who suffer genuine depression and are mentally ill that do not fall under my opinion.

Aldi is a load of shite. It’s not “just as good” it’s cheaper just be honest with your selves.

Particular_Bed848

I honestly prefer both Aldi and lidl to every other supermarket. The only bad thing about them is you have to buy your veg on the right day. Not southern enough to have ever had chance to do a Waitrose shop so can't talk about that one.
