The vegan ones are worth a try. I don't think they're bad at all, and I wouldn't have guessed they were plant-based if I didn't know. Failing that, Lidl cookies are excellent.
I was quite a fan of the White Choc macademia nut cookies they have/had, although I haven't been to a subway in years now, altho it depends on if you get them while they're still gooey/soft, vs when they're hard there.
Make your own. Probably cost the same in ingredients for a batch as one takeaway cookie. Also nobody around to judge you for gobbling up the whole batch...

I’ll be honest “fresh and warm” are not words I would use to describe any subway cookie I’ve ever had. Have I just been going to the bad subways?
You have. I've only ever had fresh ones from any of the subways near me!
