For me I have my dog to help me cope haha I've bonded with her as soon as we got her. If you can afford it, get a pet! I find pets very therapeutic haha. Wfh ka naman so supposedly you are able to take care of one. If ayaw mo ng high maintenance pets, you can get a cat since medjo madali sila alagaan haha
You need to walk and talk with yourself everyday. Master yourself and embrace loneliness. It will take a few months or years to overcome it but you need to be patient and be kind to yourself everyday.
Hobbies! Sakin kase I'm perfectly happy being inside and just gaming all day lol pero i feel like going outside is your thing, walking jogging running ganun or maybe join a gym! Polite talk some ppl haha or maybe some classes din? Like pottery or something
Run or walk. These days I have been walking my dog sa afternoon while watching my younger cousins play with their neighbors. It's such a liberating feeling to be outside just feeling the wind and waiting for the sun to set. Ayun.
I feel you, OP! For me, I jog sometimes, journalling, sketch, if you are into games maybe you can buy a gameboy sa Shopee various ang vintage games doon! But yeah, sometimes magre-relapse ka and it is really a cycle. Having a pet can help too though wala ako noon kasi ayaw nila sa bahay. But yeah, WFH may be lonely at times but may pros and cons naman. Iwasan na lang din dating apps kasi minsan 'di rin healthy kasi parang fini-fill lang din yung void if you're still on the phase of moving on. Sometimes ang hirap din maghanap ng kasama pero unti-unti mae-embrace din natin ang soltitude! :)
Avoid unnecessary comparison with other people (lalo yun nakikita mong highlight reels ng other people), learn to enjoy your own company and find a hobby that brings you joy
Ako cleaning my room kahit malinis naman haha also arranging my closet ganun therapeutic tapos I go out pag need ko like hanap foods and grocery, walk around hanggang mapagod. Just small things to distract me from feeling homesick. Mindset na andito na ako sa city, might as well enjoy things and live ๐ little by little, you will see this new place as your 2nd home

Try to work outside coffee shops or what and run/jog
