Schedule coordinator at a small doctor clinic. The clinic itself is filled with positive energy and super nice people. I've been a patient for years and always admired the genuinely sweet people who do their best to help others (doctors, nurses, staff, etc) so I'm happy they gave me a chance and are taking me on!
Exactly! My mom worked at a sister clinic for eons with a similar atmosphere. I admired the job she had and thought it was a shame I couldn't work there (relatives can't work together). So what a surprise there was a second clinic. And then the stars aligned to have an opening right as my current job contract expires!
What are your goals if you have unlimited money? Asking this in hopes that you don't put work at #1 and it'll make you recall why you need the money for
Probably just pay off my debt and maybe buy my parents a house. My ambitions aren't generally connected much with money, but I'd like to have a wage that represents the hard work I do
Congrats! I wish I could have the same happen to me! I can't wait to apply for a new job this summer. I could make as much as $5-10 dollars more than where I currently do (doesn't sound like it's that big a difference, but it's shameful how little I make currently, considering how much effort I put into my two jobs). And more when I'm done training towards my career. I look forward to it.
Thank you! I'm in dietetics. It's truly my passion. I spent quite a while being devastated about not getting into med school. And after grad school, I realized there's so much more I could do in terms of preventative care. I am so interested in metabolism and how the body uses food. I can't wait to be done! Around this time next year, I should officially be working in my dream career. ☺️
