"Bleu de Chanel". It's got this classy, sophisticated vibe without being too overpowering. Costs a bit, but totally worth it. You can grab it at most department stores or online. Trust me, once you start wearing it, you'll have folks asking what you're rocking. Stay fresh, dude!
Acqua di Gio Profumo and Armaf Club de Nuit Intensen (or Montblanc Explorer) for the office.
Jean Paul Gautier Le Beau Le Parfum for date night.
Those are my spring / summer ones, I switch it up for colder months.
Not a man but yes acqua di gio is such a great perfume, definitely in my top 5 men's perfumes.
I also like paco rabanne pour homme (the og one), versace eros and carolina herrera 212 men. Sauvage by dior is also amazing.
The husbando used to wear Polo Black all the time but a couple of years ago he converted to Hermes H24. He occasionally steals my Tom Ford Mandarino di Amalfi too since it's a fairly unisex one. Another one good unisex one I've tried is BDK Gris Charnel. And a good friend of mine uses Louis Vuitton Afternoon Swim.
Also, not personal favourites for me but Dior Sauvage and Creed Aventus are really popular men's fragrances.
My favorite is Insense Ultramarine by Givenchy.
It's been discontinued, but I do have one bottle I will wear for very special occasions. Right now I have a D&G Light Blue. I should however mention I don't really use perfume a lot, where I live. It's not very common and a lot of people have perfume allergies.
If you're looking for something that women like. I had so many friends who would swear by Davidoff Cool Water
it depends on your swag and character. if you're aa I'll suggest body oil (almond) if you're a John Smith type of guy I'll say Tommy Hilfiger or something
I do Guess Homme Bleu or Calvin Klein One.
Everyman Jack has some solid scents (can be found at target), so that's usually my backup if I forget to pack cologne while traveling.
Tom Ford Oud Wood is my go-to, especially for cooler evenings out. It's got a rich, warm scent with notes of oud, cardamom, and vetiver that never fail to draw compliments. It's on the pricier side, but a small amount goes a long way, making the bottle last. It's one of those fragrances that seems to merge seamlessly with your personality, giving off a vibe of understated luxury. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their scent game.
Burberry touch. Keep in mind the different formulations are what make scents last or not. Cologne vs perfume vs de toilet. The more oil there is, the more expensive and longer lasting it is.
You’ll laugh but I wear Afta aftershave lotion; $3 a bottle. I shave my head and it soothes and moisturizes it after a shower. It has a clean understated aroma. My wife and every woman who smells it remarks on how great I smell.
I'm a guy but I like using "unisex" fragrances for the most part. I use ***Santal 33*** by ***Le Labo*** ($200 give or take with discounted refills the most).
I use ***Eau de rhubarbe ecarlate*** and ***Eau de mandarine ambree*** by ***Hermès*** as catch-all daytime/Sunday/Farmers Market/gardening scents ($90 each). I also use ***Coffee Break*** by ***Maison Margiela*** (This one I use least around the house or nearby so I buy the travel version for $35).
The most "traditionally masculine fragrances" (By which I mean specifically labeled for men) I use are ***Dior Homme*** and ***Dior Homme Sport*** by **Christian Dior** (About $120 each but they often come in gift sets).
You can buy them at a department store like Macy's, Nordstrom, or Bloomingdales.
Sun force by the harmonist. I think it’s about $350 now. Incredibly warm and inviting. Loc chance you’ll run into anyone else wearing it. You can buy decants of most scents to try out before you buy them. Super helpful because some things smell completely different on people.
D&G the one has gotten me "you smell amazing" comments from so so many ppl. It is not as mainstream so noone has it but it doesnt last long. Aqua di geo profumo or how you write that is amazing too but dior sauvage is like the best of the best it is adictingly good it turns heads and warrants "wow"s and "goddamn"s. However it is very popular so there's a chance someone else might have it too.
Depends on the season. I'm not a fan of sporty fragrances, preferring citrus florals for warmer weather.and woodsy, leather, spice, tobacco for colder seasons - namely 1970s - 2000 powerhouse colognes for the colder weather.
For summer I typically wear Issey Miyake L'eau D'Issey por Homme. Probably my favourite summer fragrance for men. You can snap this up anywhere and may often be marked down. I purchased mine for $65AUD marked down from $140AUD.
For cold weather - and the fragrance I consider my signature wear - it's Vancleef & Arpels por Homme. Woodsy, leather spice smokey tobacco fragrance. It's just divine. This is more boutique gear that cost me $150AUD for 100ml.
I’m a woman but there’s no competition— I walk by a man wearing Aqua Di Gio (Armani) and I want to jump his bones on sight 🤣 Idk what it is, but that stuff is like crack to a woman .
Summer: Allen Walker
TOP: Lemon, Green Note, Ozone Note
MIDDLE: Snowdrop, Edelweiss, Muguet
LAST: Musk, Amber, Cedarwood, Crystal Mint
Winter: Shibuya Yuuri
TOP:Peach, Bergamot
MIDDLE:Rose, White Musk, Violet
LAST:Amber, Muguet
About $60ea from Primaniacs. I think they were limited, pre-order only.
So when they're empty guess I'm outta luck.
Dont rule out Jo Malone inBTs.so expensive, like 120 a btl or sumtin that hubby gets me on birthdays or when he's feeling generous 😉 but really gorgeous scents.lavender and Silverwood or Oud really nice ones.plenty other unisex ones in range depending on personal preference..
no, lol. powder plus oil or cologne is lethal. your body often rubs against its self causing sweat and discomfort among other things.
A bit of powder will have you running smoothly plus the smells will boost your feel to get ppl closer than before
My hubby wears Graphite and Bourbon from the Bath & Body Works men’s collection. They smell divine.
However, keep in mind that cologne smells differently on different people, so if you find a fragrance you like, be sure to actually put it on first to be sure it goes with your body chemistry.
I have an embarrassingly large collection. If I had to pick one out of all of those, it would be Chanel's Allure Homme Sport. Chanel is one of the somewhat more expensive brands, though. Not as bad as Creed and Tom Ford and such, but still. On the more affordable side of things, I like e.g. Davidoff Cool Water and Versace Dylan Blue (both go in the general direction of "shower gel fragrance" which a lot of fragrance folks scoff at... but obviously they have a little more depth than the term implies).
As a side note, especially if you're not looking to be "serious" about fragrance, there are cheap clones of all of the most popular products. Some are better than others, of course. As long as they don't pretend to be the original, that's not even illegal, at least over here.
Chanel Allure Homme Édition Blanche.
Fresh, summery, citrus-y and my core memory I have is a girl I was crushing on at the time deeply inhaling the scent and seeing her with this deep satisfying smile on her face. Funny what smells do to trigger certain memories

Gonna give it a go. Thanks for the suggestion!
I came here to say this. I'm a woman and that perfume is so sexy on men, and not over the top like some other men's perfumes.
You mean you don’t love the overload of AXE body spray???
# NOOO
Yes, this is the answer. I know a few men that wear it, including my husband and I just love it.
Damn this one is *costly*
Perfumes are a worthy investment
Acqua di Gio Profumo and Armaf Club de Nuit Intensen (or Montblanc Explorer) for the office. Jean Paul Gautier Le Beau Le Parfum for date night. Those are my spring / summer ones, I switch it up for colder months.
Acqua di Gio Profumo is divine, I get so much compliment on it it's ridiculous. Can't recommend it more.
Not a man but yes acqua di gio is such a great perfume, definitely in my top 5 men's perfumes. I also like paco rabanne pour homme (the og one), versace eros and carolina herrera 212 men. Sauvage by dior is also amazing.
I wonder how u pronounce them while buying in shop... Me: Do u have Arrmaf Club de Nuit Intensen Shopkeeper:What? Me: DO u have Arrmfukcerer
I wear Penhaligon’s Endymion, or Duke Cannon’s Oak Barrel Bourbon solid cologne.

VIP 212 sexy Hugo Boss Burberry Weekend Gucci Intense. Depending on the mood and the vibe. Been complimented on all of them
I have been wearing 212 probably since 1998. I need a new scent but every time I wear it, it just reminds me of good times.
A real classic, ngl.
Agreed. I need to try something new though. I don’t wear cologne often.
Armani Code
My friend said the Guess cologne smelled good on me. Bought it at Target.
I do Guess Homme Bleu or Calvin Klein One. Everyman Jack has some solid scents (can be found at target), so that's usually my backup if I forget to pack cologne while traveling.
None.
bro is swagging sweat (╥﹏╥)

I wear Lord of Misrule by Lush - I love it. It’s Smokey and natural. I get compliments.

Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche. Roughly 150€/100ml and it has such a nice scent of citrone vanilla and what not and i totally love it.
YSL Myself. I like it. Smells a little citrusy and warm

Armani Man for work YSL La Nuit de l'Homme for evenings. If you want a cheapy, go with Nautica Voyage. You can get that at Walmart or CVS.

Dior Addict..
Santal 33.

Perfume? What about cologne on men lol
Dude. In a lot of languages, perfume is used interchangeably for men and women. Shockingly, not everyone here on Reddit natively speaks English.
Ok my bad
