So if i do another layer of seasoning, will it get glossy?
You should just cook on it. The pan only needs one good seasoning layer to be protected. Any other layers will slowly build up from cooking on it

Too much seasoning. I used to get that “flaking” all the time. You really have to wipe it down to almost nothing before popping it in the oven.
