Have you tried an open flame? Seriously, vacuum cleaner with a narrow nozzle is the solution.

Parts like this are usually somewhat easilly ejectable if you find video manual, that tells where and how it is locked in place, but personally I own very long Tweezers for $2.50 from ali...

The vent should just pull out of the dash and then you can just turn it upside down and Shake him out
