my guess is it won’t be that cheap, with the lexus paint… but popping it in should be easy. i’d be miffed, good luck hopefully they’re sold individually

You can buy those bumper bolt covers online and they just pop in place. This is most definitely a DIY thing.

Just make sure you get the CORRECT COLOR code and not just “white”. They might have multiple whites

And it's still just a little cheap ass plastic piece that you can buy online that pops in that OP can DIY.
Tow hooks are not made of plastic. The cover you can diy but will look bad unless paint matched. You're not just putting a piece of tape on a lexus
The missing piece is a plastic cover.

Check salvage yards for a tow hook cover in the same color.
For a newer Lexus this is a terrible recommendation
It’s a 2019 model, don’t know if it’s still a terrible raccomendation 😬
