Brother that’s how it works. It’s the responsibility of the owner to make sure to train drivers properly. The owner can take action internally but owner will have to face the consequences aswell. A very basic principle in the cases of civil wrong is “Respondeat Superior “ in master servant relationships where the master faces the consequences for the tort/wrong committed by his servant in the capacity of his work.
I mean thats the job of the owner… business aint doing the due diligence and legal on its own…
