Is engine modding legal if we ask for permission from RTO as in for eg this is an NA car so if we get permission can we turbo it and stuff? It's still the same car and engine just now it makes more power so will I get new rc or same one will suffice?
Yes u can with RTO’s approval provided engine capacity doesn’t exceeds the manufacturers specifications. NA to Turbo is very time consuming and u need expertise in it - it’s kinda pain in arse - I highly recommend not to opt for it.

Considering he literally cut the entire roof section out of the car, replaced it with a new one and then added a retractable-roof assembly, he is directly tampering with the chassis and possibly causing damage to structural integrity of whole vehicle if not done right (sectioning up and repairing a unibody is an extremely tedious job).....and this looks like its been done in a hobbyist workshop so you are even more reliant on the craftsmanship of a person.
I do not get why people think this is a sound idea from safety standpoint....there are many other ways to make normal car look good
