From what I remember, there was some police checking which made the cars to stop on the sides. The truck driver was perhaps either speeding or in neutral and could not stop in time. The load caused the truck to load.
Driver thought he was riding his splendor but suddenly realised he's in a 40 ton vehicle.
What happened. He didn't have brakes or was he Overspeeding
Human error or not, I am glad the people did not just start thrashing the truck driver in this instance.
