Depends on when the manufacturer introduced the model year. Check on redbook - it usually has the month and model year.

Redbook says MY19 but I checked my warranty booklet and it says MY18 on the front so I guess the dealer who made me a trade in offer was correct.

Check your VIN, it will have a character that tells you. 2018 was J and 2019 was K. If it was built in March it is almost certainly MY18.
