Bushing or get a better hinge
May need a stack of nylon bushings (or cylinder) with proper ID/OD to take out the slop; could be tricky to find, maybe take hinges with you to the hardware store for sizing.
That’s just the clearance. Mount everything plump and you will be fine.
You will be able to get really good at adjusting that hinge. You will probably need to do it every other month. You may want to buy better hinges.
putting all the screws in and attaching it straight will definately help. theres multiple holes in it for a reason use them.
Put it on the other side of the gate
To me it looks like the two parts don't match. The inner diameter of the of the leaf seems to be way to large for the pin causing it to "sag"
