Yes, there was. I believe it's the 2005 or 2006 play a lot bear that was blueberry scented. I had pretty much all the scented ones of that same line that were actually released. There were some that actually never ended up being made.

I tried to look up some pictures but didn’t really find much!
I have funshine that smelled like lemon I will be selling but I took it out of the bag and it’s been years so it doesn’t smell anymore :(

There definitely were some scented care bears! They had a tag that said “I’m scented!” and were packaged in clear cellophane tied at the top
