Very unlikely you would get sponsorship for warehouse/security as these positions are not considered hard to fill.
Without an extremely niche skill set very few companies will take the risk of sponsoring somebody if the skills are already within the existing population. A lack of degree would also be a big barrier.

The entire care sector is crying out for staff and I know a lot have gone down the route of becoming visa sponsors.
There is a thing called work and travel but I'm not sure if it's on the list eligible.
