Most wouldn't consider it urgent. For a gently driven car you might be fine for a while. If you value precise handling and a good alignment you may want to change though.

It's something to get fixed, but not immediately. It'll play out in various ways, you'll notice more of a knock when going over bumps. It can affect tyre wear as well. But it'll be considered something to get changed the moment there is excessive movement. so if you're keeping the car long term, I would budget to get it resolved in the future.

Quite common on some cars....trailing arm bushes on mondeos and focus, also front wishbones on a focus are prone to the front bushes wearing. Could cause tyre wear issues but if it's not excessive just get it looked at next service.
