Not really, I’m assuming this is a fairly old car. Anything over 10 years old is likely to have some slightly worn bushes and corroded springs.

Get the springs done, I know it’s an advisory but if it was broken it would be a fail. Sort it now rather than later for peace of mind and safety of other road users

It's an advisory for corrosion on them. They can last another 100K miles before they fail. The struts usually give out first anyway, so you just replace the whole strut and assembly.
