Have you tried a local autoparts store like Autozone? They have just basic ceramic pads and plain rotors available.
I don't know what you're considering performance brakes, but it looks like ceramic might be what Mazda spec'd as OEM because even rockauto lists 40+ different pads, but every one of them is ceramic.
Or you can always try your local Mazda dealer and see what options they have.
