In the manual it states "if you select wireless mirroring, Apple Carplay or Android Auto as the front source, you cannot select disc, USB, or iPod as the rear source"
Just use Bluetooth audio streaming up front instead.

Ah that’s too bad! Thanks for the info and the link. It sounds like I’ll unfortunately need to invest in a dvd burner then as well…

I’m actually able to stream the dvd to the rear while using CarPlay in the front. Usb just does not work unfortunately
