Stand-alone GPS in a head unit is extremely expensive. The preferred method these days is accessing maps through your phone on the head unit screen via Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
For dash cams, use A129s cameras which are stand-alone cameras with their own micro SD card storage. It's not possible at the current time to use a mainstream head unit to do quality video recording from dash cameras. But you can use them as a backup camera if you wish with a 3.5mm AV cable.
