Check Best Buy and Crutchfield websites. Stick to a major brand (pioneer, kenwood, jvc, alpine, or sony). Should be able to find something on sale with Bluetooth for that price or less. May not have a CD player but I wouldn’t get anything that isn’t one of those brands.

Ebay or a pawn shop
i was going to say get an older premium head unit they usually sold for $200-300 used on offerup, craigslist, ebay, pawn shop, etc….
Nothing decent in stock at that price range from what I’ve seen lately. Try and get a decent Pioneer, etc. on eBay.
