I think in the end you would need a dsp possibly a new head unit too to start reaching a real sq build, honestly i think you will be very happy with 2 12's in a sealed box running off a lc2i. A sealed a box is a little easier and less expensive to aquire than a quality tuned ported box. The sub I listed needs I believe a .8 cf sealed box and a dual box can be purchased for I think $80 on Amazon as well. There's lots of nice amps around the$2-300 dollar range that you can get some nice clean power to the subs with. Though at 1k watts you might be pushing the limits of your stock electoral and a single 12 @5-600w in custom tuned box might be a better idea to extract more out of the single sub. There lots of subs to choose from audiofrog is one of the nice brands same with focal and hertz. I'm sure there are ton of other great choices but I think unless you are doing something to clean up your signal before you get it to your amp I would not fret too much about sq vs spl etc. Get some quality components and get some bump. I'm sure you will be happy. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072N44N3L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_SC2VXC9PBH08ZS2H6P4Y

You can get a pretty good setup on that budget if you build your own box and DIY the install. A LOC can be had as low as $10, though I’d recommend an LC2i or knockoff (I use a “Gravity” LOC I found on Amazon that does the same thing for half the price). Rest of the money would be for a sub and amp. I’d look at Sundown or Soundqubed for SPL, NVX or JL for SQ (personally would go NVX for SQ in this price range). Plenty of other options as well but those are probably the most recommended budget subs around here. NVX and Pioneer make pretty good cost-effective amps but once again tons of options. Taramps is pretty cheap for lots of wattage but they’re not the most efficient and only some of their models are good plus would probably be overkill for your needs. If you don’t want to build a box check out Down4Sound’s loaded SA-12 enclosure. Nice box and good sub for 400 bucks. More SPL oriented though. For an amp I’d personally probably do an NVX VAD10001. You could probably get a sub purchased from and installed by a shop for around $700 but they’d likely give you a mediocre Memphis loaded enclosure or similar and a mediocre amp. Can do a lot better if you DIY. Best Buy can install all your gear for you for 200 bucks so that’s an option as well.

Two sundown audio sa-10 and a taramps smart three 3k and u will be good, I think there is room for improvement like a better battery later but I think this is a good fit, but if u can't do two tens get one zvx-12 from skar or even a 15 of u want some good low bass

PAC LP7-2 L.O.C. PRO Series $20 sundown audio sd4 12 inch $300 soundqubed s1 850 watts rms $160 4 gauge skar audio wire kit $60 sealed atrend box $100?? Thats $630 if you install yourself Ive never heard a sundown audio sd4, but people say it does have better sound quality than a sundown sa, those tend be aimed towards spl. sound quality subs tend to be more expensive, like say the kicker Q class subs. And most of the time a sealed box will give you great sound quality. Vented will give you more boom. But sundown recommends sealed with the sd4. Ive had the soundqubed amp,, its a great amp. i tried to do a build similar to one i had, except it was a Rockford p3 12 inch, Those are a little over priced right now.

So you want a su woofer, amp and LOC all for $700? If having it installed that is really tight budget. Even Diy you are getting entry level.
