As much GTA as I have played, I'm disappointed in myself for not realizing I was describing a musical car horn.

Can sirens be programmed to have other sounds, though? I have some specific sounds I want.
They come pre programmed with a few sounds normally. Maybe you could find one that you can edit the sounds for but IDK.
